3. Design & Drafting
   After the site visit, we complete the design and drafting, ensuring compliance with building codes and City by-laws.
4. Drawing Review
   We’ll send you the layout for review. Any changes you request will be revised to your satisfaction.
5. Permit Application Preparation
   Once the layout is finalized, we prepare a complete set of stamped drawings by a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and all required documents for City submission.

6. Making Submission to the City
We handle the permit application submission, including all documents and drawings. The City will review the application and notify you of the fee payment.

7. City Comments
   We address all City comments at no additional cost to you.
8. Permit Approval
   Permit approval typically takes 2–8 weeks, depending on the municipality. Once approved, we email you the stamped drawings and instructions.
9. Construction Phase
   After approval, you can hire a licensed contractor to complete the construction according to the City-approved permit drawings. Our drawings include all the details required for construction, minimizing contractor queries.
